    Healthy way of life

    “Our health on 80% depends on our way of life” - that is what doctors say. But statistics shows that most people especially in developing countries do not take this statement into a consideration. A healthy way of life doesn’t just denote only keeping fit and healthy food. Actually it is formed by many other factors. In order to understand the benefits of a healthy living we have to analyze the essential factor of a healthy way of life.

    First of all we take food. “We are what we eat” and people should never forget it. I don’t have a purpose to list the tips for a healthy eating. I just would like to mention that every person should think before eating something and analyse what consequences it will bring to their body. Of course, you can close your eyes on small amounts of “unhealthy food” and take fast weight loss pills. For example, eating a hamburger doesn’t bring harm but leading the way of life that includes every day fast food consumption may even result in hospitalization for some groups of people. Some substances are not likely to be eaten at all. Particularly salt, sugar, some kinds of oil. To sum up, the main benefit of eating healthy food is feeling comfort in your stomach.

    The other essential factor of healthy way of life is keeping fit. The way how you actually do it doesn’t really matter. I mean, at least a person should do something about his/her body and do not lead a sitting way of life. It doesn’t matter if it is jogging, swimming or visiting a gym. In other words you should give some regular exercises to your body. It is not so difficult but the result is obvious - you will feel fresh and full of energy.

    Keeping fit and eating healty food is important and no one denies it. But one should take it for granted that it is not enough to stay healthy. Also we should not forget about bad habits and about a huge amount of harm they bring to our body. Smoking, drinking alcohol, taking drugs are the most burning problems of a modern society. Young people can’t imagine their life without having fun and entertain themselves. But the fact is that having fun nowadays is closely connected with alcohol, drugs and tobacco. This problem should be solved first of all on psychological level. When people understand what harm these habits bring to their health, they might realize that it is hight time to give up smoking, drinking, taking drugs but unfortunately it happens rather late.

    In addition there are some factors that have a direct influence on our health but they do not depend on our behaviour. For example, we can not change anything living in a bad enviroment, we can’t influence it. But anyway, we can always choose where to live: in the village or in a city.

    Taking into consideration all that factors mentioned above will for sure bring positive result. Not only our body but our soul should feel comfortable. Only when we succeed in solving our health problems we will succeed in a family life and our career. Anyway, is is much easier to live healthy, we just need to understand this. So everyone has a choice to decide what way to choose.
